The opening ceremony of Sundyne Industrial Tianjin Company Ltd. was held in TEDA recently. Ai Yamin, Vice Chairman of TEDA Administrative Commission and Philip Ruffner, President of Sundyne, a US company, signed an investment protocol.

Sundyne invested 33.50 million yuan in Sundyne Tianjin, the company's first manufacturing plant in Asia, to produce industrial products covering Asia-Pacific region such as high-speed pumps, magnetic pumps and compressors. Hamilton-Sundstrand, a subsidiary of Global 500 company, generates over 5 billion USD of sales revenue annually. As a division of Hamilton-Sundstrand, Sundyne Corporation designs and manufactures industrial pump and compressor products for the process fluid and gas industries, and supports the mid- to high-end market of large oil refineries and aviation and aerospace companies. The company's high-speed pumps and magnetic pumps ranked top in the world. Sundyne set up plants in the US, UK, France and Spain, and sales center in Japan.
