Recently Sunnyday Financial Leasing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was registered in TEDA. With a total investment of 80 million yuan, registered capital of 80 million yuan, and an operation period of 30 years, the new company is the fourth foreign-invested financial leasing company in TEDA after Zoomlion, John Deere, and Concord Leasing.

Sunnyday Financial Leasing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. is solely invested by Sunnyday Capital Management (HK) Limited which has set up three companies in TEDA. Among the three companies, Sunnyday Asset Management (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. and Palladium Investment Management (Tianjin) Limited were both founded in 2010 and engaged in short-term (two to six months) financing services, and the new company will focus on mid- and long-term (two to three years or three to five years) financing services.

The new company will lease machines and equipment for construction, port operations and other purposes as well as medical devices to both SMEs and large companies in Tianjin, Shandong and other neighboring regions. In the initial stage, the company will offer financial leasing services by itself. After gradually building up its ties with banks and obtaining credit lines from banks, the new company will promote project invitation and directly cooperate with banks.
